Fulfillment Time
Standard fulfillment time for orders are 2-5 business days, which does not include shipping time. Once orders are shipped, we estimate within 3-5 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, fulfillment times may vary slightly. We appreciate your patience.
Worldwide shipping takes approximately 5-20 business days after their standard 2-5 day fulfillment time, but this varies greatly by destination, with faster options like Express (1-3 days) and slower Standard options (5-20 days).
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues may impact delivery times.
Order Modifications
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at support@bokaiworldwide.com as soon as possible. Changes are not possible for orders that have been fulfilled and shipped. Please note that we do not cover products ordered in the wrong size and color.
Incorrect Address
To avoid delivery issues, please ensure that the shipping information you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue. In some cases, we may coordinate with the courier for re-delivery, subject to their policies and availability. Please note that some couriers may charge additional re-delivery fees, which will be the customer’s responsibility. To avoid failed deliveries, ensure your shipping details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the package.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your package is missing items or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bokaiworldwide.com to file a claim. Be sure to provide your order number, photos of the items (if damaged), photo of the packing slip (missing item claims), and a description of the issue. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.
Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows that your package has been marked as “Delivered,” but you have not received it, please file a claim directly with the courier.
