Refund policy
We value you as a customer. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Contact our support team with the following information:
- Order Number
- Item Name
- Reason of Refund or Exchange
We will be happy to assist you through the process. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. If an item shows any signs of use, wear, washing, or damage, the return or exchange may be denied.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@bokaiworldwide.com. A member of our support team will guide you through the process on how and where to send your package. All returns will be at customer's expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product). If your package arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong color/size, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
Important: When returning an order, please keep your proof of shipment and tracking number until your package is successfully received at the location. We cannot resolve any issues that may occur during the return shipping process without a valid tracking number or proof of shipment.
Damages and issues
If an item shows any signs of use, wear, washing, or damage, the return or exchange may be denied.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will inform you if the refund was approved or denied. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@bokaiworldwide.com. Please note, in some cases, partial refunds may be issued if the return is not in its original condition.
